CIRCUIT ONE

  1. Walking lunges with dumbbells

  2. Jumping Squats

  3. Straight leg deadlift with dumbbells

  4. Bear Crawls

CIRCUIT TWO

  1. Squat and press with dumbbells

  2. Mountain Climbers

  3. Front & side lateral raises with dumbbells

  4. Glute Bridges with bodyweight or resistance band
